Shipping/Orders
Order E-mail Confirmation
After placing an order on 32degrees.sbs, expect to receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order and are working on it. If you don’t see this confirmation, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, feel free to contact us at info@32degrees.sbs for further assistance.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have an account with us, please Login at the top right corner of the website, click on “Order History” and click on the order you’re looking to get tracking for and tracking details will be provided.
Please allow 24 hours for the courier to update tracking information.
Shipping Transit Times
It takes up to 3 business days for us to process and ship out your order. Depending on the shipping method chosen is what will determine how long it takes to receive your package. Please see shipping options below:
- Free Standard Shipping – Delivery up to 9 business days from the date of fulfillment.
- Expedited Shipping – Delivery up to 5 business days from the date of fulfillment.
Please be aware that expedited orders receive priority handling for faster service.

Please be advised, shipping times may take longer during major sales and the holiday season.

- Orders totaling $40 or more ship for free
- Standard Shipping: $5.99
Cancel/Modify Orders
To ensure efficient order processing, adjustments or cancellations must be requested promptly within 30 minutes of placing your order during our business hours, which are from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.

- First and last name
- Order number
- Email address used for placing the order
Please note that failure to provide this information will hinder our ability to process your request. Requests submitted outside of our business hours cannot be accommodated.
Shipping Couriers and Delivery Details
We automatically select the best carrier for your order based on package weight, shipping address, and service availability to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Delivery times vary depending on where you live and the carrier selected for your order. Larger or heavier shipments may also take longer to process or deliver.
Here’s how carrier selection generally works:
- Under 1 lb: DHL SmartMail or UniUni
- 1–7 lbs: FedEx Ground Economy, DHL Ground Plus, UniUni, UPS Ground Saver, FedEx Home Delivery, or UPS Ground Residential
- 7–50 lbs: FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground Residential
- Commercial addresses: UPS Ground or FedEx Ground Commercial
- AK, HI, PR: USPS Ground Advantage or International Bridge (up to 35 lbs)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress in real time.
Missing & Wrong Items
If you are missing an item(s) from your order or if you received incorrect item(s), please email us right away at info@32degrees.sbs so we can assist you with an immediate refund.
Lost or Non-Delivered Orders
We kindly ask that you wait for 72 hours before reaching out to us. Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered prematurely before reaching their destination. If it’s been less than 72 hours, please check for any attempted delivery notices left by the carrier. They might have left the package in a secure location or with a neighbor. Since we utilize multiple carriers, please also check your regular mailbox or package reception area.
If more than 72 hours have passed and your package hasn’t arrived or is lost in transit, please contact us directly at info@32degrees.sbs.
Payments, Refunds & Price Matching
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. We also accept payments by PayPal and Shop Pay.
We do not accept Bill Me Later, C.O.D or checks.
Multiple Forms of Payment
Only one form of payment can be used to complete a purchase.
Refund Processing Time
If you facilitated an exchange or a return and are expecting a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect on your bank statement. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
If we processed the refund and you still have not received it after 5-7 business days, we suggest contacting your bank institution.
Price Match Guarantee
At 32degrees.sbs, we are committed to ensuring you get the best value for your purchases. We proudly offer price matching and adjustments within 48 hours of your purchase in the event of a price change on our website, which frequently occurs due to our regular promotional events. Please note that when we honor a price match, taxes are not included in the refund amount.
If you discover a lower price on an item you’ve purchased within 48 hours, simply email us at info@32degrees.sbs with your order number and email address. We’ll gladly refund you the difference upon request.

To redeem a gift card code, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, start the checkout process, once you get to the “information” stage of the order there will be a box named “Gift card or discount code” and you enter the gift card code there. (Please see the photo below for reference!)
