Return/Exchange Policy and Process
All returns/exchanges are done through our return portal powered by Loop. You can click here to start a return or an exchange or go to 32degrees.sbs.

NEW: Box-Free Drop-Off Returns with Happy Returns
We now offer in-person, box-free returns through Happy Returns at thousands of Return Bar locations nationwide.
If eligible, you can select Happy Returns Drop-Off in our Returns Portal and receive an instant refund once your items are dropped off—no box, no label, no printer required.
• Items can be returned/exchanged within 45 days of the ship date.
• A $5.99 fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover the return shipping cost.
• Items with a total value under $5.99 within a single return transaction are not eligible for return.
• Exchanges of the same item are not subject to the $5.99 return fee.
• Shipping costs and additional promo codes will not be refunded.
• Items returned in unsuitable condition or outside the 45-day policy will not be refunded.
• Exchanges are only offered for different colors or sizes of the same style.
• Exchanges can only be made once; all items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Refunds take 5–14 business days to reflect after arrival at our warehouse; however, returns completed via Happy Returns receive an instant refund upon drop-off.
Please advise, if you would like to exchange multiple items from your order, please be sure to submit all items within a single transaction. Otherwise, you will not receive your full exchange order. If you would like to RETURN items from multiple orders, please be sure to submit one return request per order and use all labels provided or you will not receive your refund.
